The struggle for freedom does not end at the moment at rescue. Many survivors were trafficked due to extreme poverty and lack of job opportunities. They will always be vulnerable if these issues are not addressed . Made By Survivors gives women and girls the tools to remain free forever from slavery and exploitation.
To Stay Safe and Free, Rescued Women and Children Need:

Helping Survivors Become Free Forever
Made By Survivors is helping survivors of human trafficking and at risk women to overcome poverty, social stigmas, gender barriers, and abuse. Through our programs and partnerships, Made By Survivors provides women and girls with the skills and resources to earn high wages and live independently and Free Forever from exploitation and abuse.
To help a survivor become Free Forever Made By Survivors offers: 
- Financial support to partners to build and improve shelters & aftercare
- Therapeutic Arts
- Training in well paid, respected professions
- Employment
These programs enable rescued survivors to become Free Forever, like Soma.
Soma was a participant in MBS training programs and is now a paid trainer for Made By Survivors traveling between 3 different centers in India teaching girls jewelry design and techniques, while also encouraging them in their growth and new found safety. Soma has overcome her trauma and status as a victim to become a full time employee, a role model, independent, and Free Forever.
100% of Donations go straight to programs for survivors! Currently, we are running a campaign to raise $50,000, the rest of the money needed to construct a shelter for 125 survivors in Jalpaiguri, India.
